You may use the illustration(s) for personal purposes, such as profile pictures, personal printing, or sharing on your social media accounts, provided you give appropriate credit. This includes both commercial use commissions and personal commissions.

I reserve the right to advertise and publish commission art via my social media, website, or any other events. I reserve the right to protect my artwork, branding, etc from use against theft, AI Technology, blockchain technology, NFTS, and the like.

If requested, the client may request credit if I post their commissioned work.

As the commissioner, you are not permitted to alter the illustration directly or through a third party without consent. This includes, but is not limited to, activities such as reprinting, reselling, reproducing, or any unauthorized use, cropping/removing signatures, having another artist add on to it, animating it, drawing over it, etc.

Completed commission transactions made through Fiverr grant the commissioner ownership of the final artwork as outlined in Fiverr's TOS. By default, I may display the commissioned artwork in my portfolio, social media, website, and other promotional materials. However, the commissioner may request removal of their artwork from my public portfolio or platforms, and I will honor that.

Upon my move to VGen, I no longer offer services with Fiverr.

No refunds after the approved sketch stage. If I have not worked on your commission in 1-2 weeks, I will provide a full refund. Exemptions include delivery extensions agreed upon by both the artist and client.
